Elise Kramer co-winner of this year’s Society for Linguistic Anthropology

Congratulations to Elise Kramer, Lecturer in anthropology at UCSD and recent PhD from the University of Chicago, for being a co-winner of this year’s Society for Linguistic Anthropology graduate student essay competition, for her paper “Speaking for the Voiceless: Metaphors of Power and Agency in Political Discourse.” Well done Elise !
